The decision to take a company public is a significant milestone in its development. "Going Public" is a project that demands substantial resources and attention - requiring the involvement of lawyers, auditors, transfer agents, investors, and other key partners. Listing on a stock exchange requires a combination of planning, execution, and timing. Fortunately for Canada's entrepreneurs, the complexity and cost of going public and getting listed are reduced substantially on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
