US Critical Metals Corp. is focused on mining projects in the United States (the “U.S.”) that will further secure the U.S. supply of critical metals and rare earth elements, which are essential to fueling the new age economy. Pursuant to option agreements with private Canadian and American companies, the Issuer’s assets consist of four agreements, each providing the Issuer with the right to acquire interest in five discovery focused projects in the U.S. The Issuer intends to explore and develop mineral resources with near- and long-term strategic value to the advancement of U.S. interests.

US Critical Metals Corp. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one (1) post-consolidated common share for every two and one-half (2.5) pre-consolidated common shares.
As a result, the number of outstanding shares will be reduced to approximately 25,223,230 common shares.
The name and symbol will not change.
