BAC Canada Finance Company Extendible Step Up Notes (Series 2 and 3) were posted for trading Thursday, November 17, 2011 on an “if, as and when issued” basis. All trades up to and including November 28 will settle November 30, 2011, the Issue Date of the Notes.

On Tuesday, November 29, 2011 the Notes will begin trading on a regular settlement basis with accrued interest.
