The common shares of Victory Gold Mines Inc. have been approved for listing on CNSX.  The Company has 29,356,429 common shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 21.1 million shares.

Victory Gold holds an option to earn a 70% interest in its �Gold Pike Mine Project� property comprising 8 claims located on the Hislop - Guibord Township line. The claim block is approximately 12 kilometres southeast of Matheson, which is on the Ontario Northland Railway and Highways.
