The common shares of Bastion Resources Ltd. have been approved for listing on CNSX.   Following an Initial Public Offering of 3 million shares at a price of $0.20 per share, there are 7,884,001 million shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 6 million shares.  Wolverton Securities Ltd. acted as Agent on the Offering.

Bastion is a junior mining exploration and development company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral prospects in Canada. Pursuant to an Option Agreement, the Company has the right to acquire a 50% interest in the Surprise Lake Property, an exploration property consisting three mineral claims located in the Atlin Mining District of northern British Columbia.
