The common shares of Rencore Resources Ltd. have been approved for listing on CNSX.  The Company has 20,221,305 common shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 13.7 million shares.

Rencore is a junior mining exploration and development company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral prospects in Canada. The Company holds a 100% interest in its principal property being the “Nipigon Project” comprising 22 contiguous claims located approximately 67 km northeast of the town of Nipigon, Ontario.
