NextGen Digital Platforms Inc. (CSE : NXT) est cotée à la Bourse des valeurs canadiennes. La Société exploite actuellement la plateforme de commerce électronique PCSections.com (« PCS ») et une entreprise de matériel en tant que service prenant en charge le secteur de l'intelligence artificielle, appelée hébergement cloud AI (« Cloud AI Hosting »). PCS et Cloud AI Hosting ont été développés à l'interne par NextGen. De temps à autre, la Société a aussi l'intention d'évaluer et d'acquérir ou de développer d'autres plateformes microtechnologiques.

NextGen Digital Platforms Inc. has announced a two (2) for one (1) stock split of its issued and outstanding common shares. Each shareholder of record as of the close of business on the record date will receive one (1) additional share for each share held on such date.
Upon completion of the split, there will be approximately 24,100,050 shares issued and outstanding.
