Further to bulletin 2020-0433, the delisting of the notes and debentures will be extended until the close of market tomorrow May 6, 2020. The securities will be halted pending delisting.

2020-0433 - Retrait - Gravitas Financial Inc. Debenture & Gravitas 3.5% Secured Notes (GFI.DB.A & GFI.DB.B)

At the request of the company, Gravitas Financial Inc. Debenture (GFI.DB.A) and Gravitas 3.5% Secured Notes (GFI.DB.B) will be delisted on May 5, 2020.

Settlement Terms: All trades May 1 and 4 will trade for cash next day. Trades on May 5 will be for cash same day.

The debentures and notes will be delisted at market close May 5, 2020.

Gravitas Financial Inc. is in default of CSE requirements. Effective immediately the securities of Gravitas Financial will be suspended pursuant to CSE Policy 3. The suspension is considered a Regulatory Halt as defined in National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules. A cease trade order has been issued by the Ontario Securities Commission.
